Was recently scrolling through the net and came across a video stating - "While hiring an employee to your company, ask the question - do you want to be an entrepreneur? If the answer is yes, then reject him" Reason given in video - An entrepreneur mindset guy can never comply with company rules. I feel having an entrepreneurial mindset is a positive thing. It shows your capability to take risks, think vividly, execute task effectively, be an efficient and futuristic leader and analyze the market/competitors to find the best way to get an edge over them. They can help to boost the company performance. What do you think? Please share below
