Telegram can get banned in India?

- Terrorist activities
- Scams related to money
- Spreading fake news
- Exam paper leaks

My personal opinion is instead of banning telegram Gov should
Wonder what would happen if Koo app was still alive. It was anyways for some reason famous in Brazil. It would have exploded there after X ban.

For example consider people invest in India doubles or trible in few years.

As news is surfacing that telegram may soon be banned in India. So is there any chances that We can start a new messenging app like telegram for India. Or the existing non popular app will takeover the market
If kala jadu is not effective then why government ban this in India ? Even most of the countries in the world banned black magic ?
