Indians are actually able to build these apps but there are some problem which resist these Indian made apps in Indian market 1) Already established foreign app like meta Google. which already providing good service and it's hard for any human to switch from these apps (Human behaviour). 2) lack of good advertisement :- In any market where there are already established firm available, Only good advertisement helps to penetrate market. But how Indians app advertise. See koo app which came in Indian market with made in India advertisement theme. Does anybody cares? Unfortunately No! Indians only shows patriotism in cricket match. 3) lack of funding :- Believe it or not but we are still far behind in funding of Startups. How can we expect to fight against these big tech giant without proper funding!?

India is a place where people feel dnt think. where they find a connection they choose heart rather than brain . If any app or software is able to build a connection with their customers then only it can succeed . Like medial 😏 Where what's app and insta now become a feeling for Indian's they are not going to change it So to build, first try to figureout how can I connect to our people first rather than thinking of a world

We are building an social media app that can be a competitor to Insta and Fb. Hope we will get the user base like them.

I am also ready to make one

WhatsApp ,YouTube,Meta products .These products have been running for 10 years and they have refined themselves so much ,whether it's there user interface ,customer acquisition and u say it .It's very difficult for a startup to build something like that in a year or so .Surely it will take time but if our government can be like Chinese goverment 😂 then surely in a year or so we can have apps like these otherwise it will take time but I believe in Indian enterpreneurs ,they will build an app in competition to these .

Mainly because Indians themselves love imported products LOL 😂. It seems to be changing slowly but it still lingers. Besides we optimise for our price sensitive market by default whereas US has huge investments for no apparent reasons. Note: The fastest way to grow rich is already being rich.

The apps you mentioned came through whole ecosystem, first come first serve basis. Also all of them came way behind their time. At that time india didn't even have great smart phones, literacy and all. Guess what, we have built UPI, which now exists in 1000s of foreign and Indian apps. Americans trying to build best apps, Chad Indians made fastest money transaction method which will now be in every other app. Come on bruh don't let our Chad country down🥵.

There are, just not in the stage as a country to foster them, make them expand their base and letting it grow like they did with the companies you have mentioned.
