I always put up my thoughts here and i gonwith another one Lately I have seen that there's a lot of bragging about working hard and putting in a lot hours and there's another side to it also which says to do right work will get you there soon, I do realise that everything is subjective so should I close this thought with this explanation or there is a need to actually grind and 15-16 hour work schedule???
