It happens to me as well, I am trying to start my business since last year but this strange fear keep holding me back. I think the solution to shut down our old beliefs and to take control of our emotions, this tiny step will definitely take you out of your comfort zone.

It makes sense to me because I used to do same, to only generate ideas without acting on them. Now, I focus on self-improvement to turn my ideas into reality, recognizing that execution is more important than mere ideation.

I know you feel , I am at the same point of life whatbyou are doing. So I would ask you to increase your skills , for example if you work in your skills for 20 days then work on your idea for 2 days , keep on repeating until your skills very sharp in its required field, then you fully focus on your idea. There is quote if you have forgotten that , if you give 5 hours time tocut a tree to a genius ( i forgot his name 😅) , he said he will spend 4 hours to sharpen his Axe 🪓 , then he will use 1 hour to cut it, just like that you need to focus on skills first.
