What model would you guys prefer for a service based business? A freemium model, monthly/annual premium subscription model or pay as you use model? Why?
I was contacted by someone from Medial about a business idea and on asking more questions about the business, this was their response.

Almost 40% revenue and profit comes from Cigarette sales and it’s the second largest FMCG company in india.
