Tesla coming to India was great for Indian markets , their decision for withdrawal can be associated with India loosing a big opportunity.

It can be entrepreneurial or educational or any kind of life decision.
Bluelearn is shutdown - A very good decision
Not criticizing them ,but actually this is a very great move if you don't foresee any revenue model
