Come on, Bihar has never been knows for it's infra and tech ecosystem. Should've checked first na? I can bet the thought was that Bihar is 100x cheaper than any other city so huge savings and great for business but lol guess he found out why things are 100x cheaper there.

What does it take to move a company to a different city? You just move the people right? Get a new office space and assist employees in moving and finding new places to live? After all, the people make the company and if this is the problem, that roads are not good and cops won't help with local gangsters and all then I think the people must be facing that problem too.
