Nice idea but considering that your competitor is Jiohealthhub, what's your market strategy against them? They are known to lower their price to capture market. Currently, they are offering Jio OTT service at 29/month to compete against Netflix, Prime, Hotstar. They are offering Soft Drinks at half the price to compete against Coca Cola, Pepsi, etc. While the same can't be said about Healthcare because it's not the money that alone can convince the users but the quality and reliability. Also, this is not a fast product like OTT and Beverage Drink. Still you need to devise a strategy to take on them

As a doctor, having clinical experience both in the Indian and the US Healthcare setup I think we lack in efficiently managing health care records for easy access of patient data both for the physician as well as the patient. For me prescribal's selling point would be : 1.every patient gets to keep his/her own past history on him / her on their mobile phones at all times rather than carrying cumbersome scans and physical health records around visiting different doctors and hospitals 2 . As a physician, I have had a lot of patients lose vital past history records from different doctors or hospitals and had to repeat a few crucial lab tests despite it already being done only because patients fail to keep physical records of these tests. 3. This would really help the geriatric population especially with the feature of timely medication reminders

I worked with few hospital owners and management teams. Your idea will work well if implemented carefully, onboarding a hospital will be a challenge which you will have to figure out. They like keeping the data records with themselves unless you add more value to the hospital than they themselves can. If you figure out the supply side, you will do exceptionally well.
