How about messaging as a service? Real-time messaging between users in your App. With support for groups and mentions. Is it valuable and viable. I could build it but I wanna know if others can find value in this?

In this Era of AI everyone gets pretty humman like reply with a simple chatbot, how would your service be better than an AI and ofcourse cost efficient
