But there are already platforms like playo which offer the same thing But the advantage to you is there is no dominant player in the market right now so Ig you need to create a new USP And my suggestion is to start working on it And for context I have no idea what a new USP in this category can be

There are many apps like huddle where they help you find play areas near you for a fee. This can be a feature of it. But making a proper business out of this will be difficult. If you want, you can partner with these companies, and you can earn a good comission for bringing these groups to them for playing.

I faced my problem that there are very few people from one city or area, it needs to be marketed and placed well through good advertising of awareness among the players. Here is a way to monetize it too, By tieing up with sports shops or brand charging commissions from them, and running the adss is the best way you can earn money but it will need time, focus on creating awareness.
