A Normal org makes bonded labour, thinking that they should give their employees just enough money that they are stuck in the rut of their debts & basic necessities because they know if they are made to enjoy their life apart from professional engagement then they wont turn up next day. My 5 products(H/w, S/W) shall change this view in 🇮🇳 where I can guarantee that no tyranny or politics shall exist in wealth distribution for deserving people who bring value to the table. This is the servant leader CEO trait that i've been asked to ensure revenue for products that can create actual value in lives of people For me, An org should be free from politics ensuring growth for people who have talent and want to make sustainable products for mankind & society they live in. The fundamentals of whose core values & principles are laid by human emotions above all which becomes a central trait for any underperformer to reach the level of an over achiever in a nurtured timeline of space & time.
