Not really . Many countries outside use tally too. The converse is also false, Tally is not the best for India. Indian founders and companies deserve way better.

In india for small business etc tally is right now solution for free of cost and easy to use

No.. u also have wave. Free is only for student version in Tally.. if you consider data privacy Tally is just not suitable.
