Why couldn't an SAP or Netsuite originate from India? It is definitely not lack of Intel, we are a country with lakhs of CAs. We have no dearth of technology, cities like Bangalore are a haven of tech talent. It is not infra, all remote and global has made infra easily accessible and inexpensive. After talking to many CFOs I realised it is about intent. People are okay to adjust and work with mediocre softwares and have no intent to build. This needs to change!
