What skills and qualities do you look for in a designer/s that take your product/service to the next level?
Do you even find value in hiring designer/s?
Ahh... the fine line we all walk on. On the left there's user needs and on the right there's biz or product growth.
From a founder's pov, the product should win at all cost. From a designer's pov, user experience should be good at all cost.

Is this mandatory to get the funds on the basis of Unique and meaningful App we have to first get the strong user base.
If yes then how we manage the marketing cost, server cost.
