I would suggest to create a chatbot like environment which provides guidance to common legal questions. Data is from law books. That way user need not seek a lawyer and waste money. Only if issue gets bigger then you can connect a lawyer

It's good idea but i feel explaining a situation to a chat bot or getting a legal help might be difficult. It's not just a simple question, it involves several other factors like sometimes lawyers need to verify documents and then ask for other details accordingly.
