Was ordering food, I checked on Zomato , the same order was of 258 and on Swiggy it was 420, how can there be litteraly so much difference in litteraly same order

Yup even i had observed the same. All the restaurant's item prices are literally 30-50% more on swiggy.
We've been noticing Dineout offers on Swiggy and Zomato, like 50% off or 30% off on bills. Do you know who's providing these offers — the restaurants or Swiggy/Zomato?
Balance is not always 50:50.
It sometimes 30:70
Maybe 60:40
Even 20:80
Or 34.73:65.27
It's more about doing the most important things more efficiently (even sometimes that one thing only) rather than doing everything equally.

I have seen Blinkit take the longest time about 20-30 mins to deliver, Zepto is the most expensive of the 3 apps with difference of 50 to 100 rs per order and Swiggy Instamart seems to be in a sweet spot by providing delivery within 3-5 mins as well

Location: If land or house
If it is in the city or a good area, the prices increase quickly.
Timing: Property prices can increase from 20% to even 200% in a few years.
