Guys I'm new to this world, my father runs a business of ice supply. I want to continue this business but I also want to expand it, but I'm not able to get ideas about what can I do? Any suggestions? Business of my father: We have our own transportation facility, we take ice from factory in tons and provide it to the fishermen, these fishermen gets in the sea for atleast 2 weeks , they catch fish over this period, and to keep these fish fresh we provide ice to them. What can I do more in this?
