When I say entrepreneurs shift their focus, I don't mean they stop caring about money and only care about helping people. That would be silly because no one can just focus on one thing and ignore the other. What I'm saying is, after a while, they start to see that just chasing money isn't enough to keep them going. They need something more to stay excited and motivated. So, in their heads, they start thinking more about helping others. This doesn't mean they stop wanting to make a profit. It just means they find a new reason to keep working hard, which helps them make their business even bigger and better.
