In the realm of entrepreneurship, it is often advocated that one's driving force should be the desire to serve rather than the pursuit of wealth. However, it is essential to recognize that financial incentives frequently serve as the initial impetus for many entrepreneurs, particularly in emerging markets. To denounce this motivation is not only unconstructive but also disregards the economic realities faced by aspiring business leaders. Our role should be to empower these individuals, irrespective of their foundational motives. As they achieve success, many naturally evolve, shifting their focus from personal gain to societal contribution. This progression from profit-centric to service-oriented objectives is a testament to the transformative power of entrepreneurship. Encouragement, rather than the imposition of an altruistic purpose, is key to nurturing authentic development and innovation within the entrepreneurial community.
