How do you deal with distractions? Do you just ignore them? Cut those distractions out? Or do you fully exhaust yourself in those distractions so you can focus on the main task with 100% attention?

Okay, I'm gonna make it easy for you, try to maintain a schedule that you'll give 2hr for all the distraction for eg social media or those stuffs , Thats what I do, i watch movies , gaming etc after 8pm .. thats my fun time in entire day.
