Three key points to avoid distractions: 1. Have a structural routine 2. Organise you meeting and task into this routine. 3. Taking small breaks are not bad to increase efficiency.

Hey just download some productivity apps like forest , Pomodoro timer etc....

Substitute with something Meaningful For Ex :if your scrolling endlessly on IG you should definitely check out "One Sec" on the Play Store it's an app timer but guilt trips you Which helps

Find a goal or purpose and work towards that. A focused person cannot be distracted with anything but an unfocused one will be distracted even by staring at blank wall

I would say if you exhaust yourself with those distractions you won't have much energy left to pay full attention to the main task. Better try to ignore them. Keep you mind still. And If you can't, you can do nothing about it.

This is absolutely normal. It happens with everyone. I prefer to use a task list. It helps.

Sometimes if iam not able to focus..I don't get frustrated i just go with the flow of distractions and make sure to study after getting the required focus

Have a goal. Develop a hobby, that's one of the ways to reduce distractions. I think most people have phone as a distraction 😂

Don't cut off the distractions, they are always going to be there, just learn to live with those distractions

Whenever I have to focus specially in exams , I cutoff my self from phone (Instagram and other entertainment platforms) , I decide not to use that apps for single time in entire day and it work very well for me .

Just avoid using phone Initially just try to limit the hours using it and slowly don't use it while working on something important Much needed 💯

Okay, I'm gonna make it easy for you, try to maintain a schedule that you'll give 2hr for all the distraction for eg social media or those stuffs , Thats what I do, i watch movies , gaming etc after 8pm .. thats my fun time in entire day.

Cut them out completely. I have two phones one normal touch screen and one basic nokia model. I use Nokia throughout the day with basic functionalities and only use my android for one hour before my day ends.

I dedicate time for distractions. This makes sure the rest of my day stays focused.
