Want to throw a open question why startup is a hype even though most startups fail/struggle badly but highly skilled freelancers/independent Professionals are not that much celebrated where they are earning well. Another social stigma ?

Yes that's also true that down the line, a skilled freelancer either will join a startup/company, be a content creator, or venture into additional fields or start his own team, which eventually become a form of startup.
Should content creation considered a form of startup? Coz down the line it can become a funded business like Sharan did it with 1% Club. Ankur Warikoo earns huge. Isn't it also a good business proposition for long term ?

Stop consuming, start creating.
Creating is the ultimate form of self-expression and self-improvement.
Don't just be a passive consumer of content, be an active creator shaping the world around you.
Multiple startups are facing cash-crunch and employees are suffering because of mismanagement and failure of management to either create a sustainable startup or failure to raise money. Would you stick with a startup if it runs out of cash?
