Insufficient funds is the reason the most startup fails???? Or poor strategy

I have an idea for Startup but don't know how to execute the plan.

I've a brilliant startup idea and I've planned everything for it. But I don't have funds to execute it. Can anyone plz help me finding an investor. I assure you that the investor will love the idea.

Unfiltered thoughts(1/n) I always use to say that "grass is always greener on the other side" but I think the grass is greener on the side where you water it more. It means if you kept thinking about other's then you won't be able to anything by you
