Start ups fundamentally prioritise momentum over stability and in these volatile markets that gives them a formidable edge over competitors. So, yes it is practical when we have it balanced but, sometimes it also becomes catastrophic to the company when the balance fails between hypotheses and product.

see engineering is different because when you invent or make a product you want it to be proper and working . but a business can be fixed even after launch but not always .like in both cases we hv to test before launch but u can fix business even after launch if it not a big mistake but a invention should work to show. like both are different and both minsets work in their place.
