Actually it's as many as you want. Obviously don't include anyone who's not worth it but nothing wrong with people with different expertise working together

There is absolutely no need of co-founder if someone is confident enough Only one founder is the best Dont split equity give ESOPs instead This is just an opinion correct me if i am wrong

2 should do or at max 3. It is more relevant by roles they play - Primarily - One should conceptualise & build the product Second should have the tech expertise to build it (most cases 1 & 2 are usually done by 1 person) Third - Someone who understands business/sales and can scale the GTM efforts.
