I think we all neglect how tough is buidiling a dedicated and talented team as a startup! When you earn less or earn nothing. It's so hard to find skilled people. I've been ghosted many times by young mind as soon as I say " it's pre revenue startup"

You can't, You have to pay them or either meet people who share the same visio as you for the idea .

Yeah! Actually I'm bootstrapped and all my money is gone, I need some dedicated team, but every person I reach out to wants highest possible salary 🙂

What exactly you are working on , mind sharing it ?

I'm working on a product which let's find who all are visiting this cafe, suppose same time like you and if you're going there too at the same time, you can schedule a date with them.

Bro, i personally don't get it .. maybe in naive or super dumb but that's hard to implement and why would anyone want this way .
