A 19 year old girl in a gated society of Noida was raped by a delivery boy because she was alone. He got arrested the same day but the point is why aren’t these companies doing proper background verification? This guy apparently had criminal record.

These type of men are mentally uncomfortable and frustrated because of their low paying job. Company should educated them by any small Course before joining.
