Exactly their duty, but us time Tak delivery person ka background clear ho to obviously wo Hire kregi hi, or future ka prediction koi nhi laga skta ki insan kaisa hai. And rape cases me most of rapist ka background clear hi hota hai. Jab check krte hai to, haa but companies aise logo ko job se nikal sakti hai, ye kaam company kr skti hai.
