Then what do think about the rag applications because I have seen in company most use case of llm are based on the rag but they are using gpt to power it I don't have domain knowledge in this company data so they need to fine tune as it not performing well but say going with opensource is nest if you finetuning any way to optimize the results and cost you less I told by they are not as they don't have any knowledge in thus are
