I used the term 'experience' here because I want to convey that people feel a sense of importance when they use services like Vmart, Zudio, MEESHO, and CSB. Those who usually hesitate to bargain can find affordable clothes without bargaining at these places. Moreover, they can enjoy a café vibe with just ₹20 in their pocket at CSB. These cheap yet fulfilling experiences help people in tier 2 cities to develop spending habits and enable companies to build a business out of it.
