Given that people nowadays tend to prefer audio visual content rather than reading, it would be a good idea to scale and get in more audiences. For eg - As you said you're planning to get "Hiring for Startups" feature in upcoming updates. Similarly, podcasts and other startup focused educational audio-video content would help gain more audience and also create Medial as an all rounder startup social platform.
