1) if the faces are altered , I don't think anyone will be going to trust on other user 2) what will be your revenue model 3) nowadays where , people didn't trust on their own brother, I don't think they will share their weak points or personal issues with a stranger whose face and voice is altered. These are my concerns

Faces altered as in both you and the person you are talking to is anonymous. We can gain revenue by giving customisable faces and voices . We can do ad revenue like Instagram. So it's like me and you both look different, sound different and only talk to each other for companionship .
