I always wonder and it gives me some negative thinking, when someone says they are serving in just one company for years (14+ and so)..
In my opinion, I believe switching companies and roles is a sign of growth.
But again, there are many who server
And once they buy theri house, because of the emi, they try to be more safe. So they can't start something of their own even if they want
