Is YouTube premium really worth purchasing?

If u want my views , i will not purchase the premium because it just removes the ads and that's it and just for the ads i don't think so it is worthy to buy but nowadays time is more valuable than money

Am working on a Saas product that allows in email purchase , It lets customers purchase products inside the email without leaving the mail or redirecting to the website
YouTube ads were good when they were digital products, services etc. but from past month I'm seeing their are too many ads of Maggy Noodles, Shampoo and other stuff just as tv ads. It is too irritating 😐.
