Yea, but it requires * Capital for initial purchase/leasing of the space. * You need to place bulk orders to get discounts on all the electronics, accessories you'll provide. *You need solid marketing strategy to position your brand as most affordable and reliable company for mass people. *For every new space you open, you'll need to have atleast 8-12months expenses prior launching. Other challenges might be there,but these are some of them according to me, and these are the main reasons wework failed globally as they didn't tick those checkboxes.
