Yes you are right it's unorganised but I that whats startups do making things go organised. Yes , Oye Rickshaw was there to solve this and they even reached a 10 million dollar fund raise but the company had several disputes within so it shut down its operations as told by the marketing head of the company. I had a conversation with him about the shut down.
