@Medial ,I can't change my profile picture on medial ,Whenever I edit it and click on the tick mark on top right corner it refreshes but changes aren't saved.Is there any rule that we can only change our profile picture once in medial?

Can someone tell me the process of making the initial team , I mean how do I motivate them , how can I show them my vision . The overall ques. Is how to build a great team?
