So many got it at Rs. 1. What kind of a strategy is to basically give away for free and them claim big numbers? They should be concerned about retention.

It seems like they are penetrating harder to get that desired market share, they're only hope is that this 1rs subscribers may also convert into 299rs zepto pass, but I guess that may not happen.
