You are solving a problem from demand POV, but what about supply POV? Why will any experienced person invest his/her time? Yes, a few times they might, but on a regular basis, I don't think so. Also, what would be revenue model? A college fresher will not be willing to pay and ads cannot be the main source of revenue.
