Iraqi law proposes legal marriage age for girls to 9😶 A draft Bill in the Iraqi Parliament seeks to reduce the legal age of marriage for girls to nine, prompting the fears that it would legalise “child rape" and encourage exploitation. The Bill also allows boys as young as 15 years of age to marry. You are solving a problem from demand POV, but what about supply POV? Why will any experienced person invest his/her time? Yes, a few times they might, but on a regular basis, I don't think so. Also, what would be revenue model? A college fresher will not be willing to pay and ads cannot be the main source of revenue.
