Startups help you learn a lot more than a established corporate, you see them go through phases and overcome them, work with them have several restrictions, everyone's figuring out smth or the other, so working with startups initially is better than

I agree with you. Coming from a well established company, I've started to see indolence in me when it comes to taking on new challenges or even trying new things, mostly because the people are much older (with 20+ years of industry experience) and they're more comfortable with what we do now than trying new things. Being in a startup, you start seeing the dreams and goals of the leader himself which also motivates you grow, is what I believe.
