Working on startup shall givesl you more hands on and ground level approach. Do it only if you plan or want to start something of your own. Otherwise go for more relaxed corporate job.

But do you not believe that one will not only have a good learning but also more knowledge than someone who's in a corporate (bcs of working in one fixed department and few tasks in hand) since startups offer more opportunities for learning (and subjectively, growth)?

Like, I agree it's a little more taxing and requires more time and efforts, but if the founder/leader is worth learning from, and more importantly, if the learnings are helping you in your later stages maybe in a corporate, is it still the fact that it's only better if you want to do something of your own?
