I think there is a need of proper planning/ budgeting and forecasting exercise for funds to be deployed from the start pf the year and some strategic changes with suppliers on credit cycle. CA can help you here where the management has to avoid/ delay their spends by performing different set of budgeting and forecasting exercise.
