An idea of creating app where users will snap a video send it to suggestion box and from there followers can edit the video send it to them..After sending the user can see which video is good and they can select it and then they can send some reputed money to the follower so that earning money can be possible..

So it's kida freelancing type app with some social media type features. The idea seems unique to me. But you need to do a market research how many people will be interested to use this app. Like you can take some anonymous research using Google forms to know more about the users and market. If it seems logical to you.
