First of all you need to analyse the market. If you have any competition or not. If yes, what approaches you need to take to compete with the competition. If no, is this idea relevant? And You need to deep dive into that to gather as more info possible to check the business success. If you can explain the idea. Maybe, i can give you some more points to check.

An idea of creating app where users will snap a video send it to suggestion box and from there followers can edit the video send it to them..After sending the user can see which video is good and they can select it and then they can send some reputed money to the follower so that earning money can be possible..
