There is nothing novel about this business model.A startup in India had earlier used this model.The main issue is there is no trackage of impression of ads, that we can get in online ads like Google Ads.

I also have the same concern but can we solve it by tracking call to action using QR or promo code. Like let's say get ur first pizza at 49 using coupon code 'xxxx' which will be customised to campaign name, device code, area code, date etc.
