You know what ? 70% US young people are not able to give time to their parents and they don't want these type of problem in their personal life even they don't want to spent their time with parents because they want to enjoy their life that's why they are forcing their parents to go in old age homes . ★ Here comes Starup called ( PAPA ) They are taking care of your parents , full day and night by charging monthly subscription fees for taking care of your parents and they provide every single help and entertainment to your parents. ★ Current valuation - 1.4 billion dollars Total funding - 240 million dollar Growth rate - 5% Users - 2.5 million paid Currently they are giving service in all Western countries but this is not possible in India because of cultural differences.

In india Tata group is also doing something same by , hiring young students, who will look after the Old aged people. But for now , I guess they are not paying it , students are doing it voluntary, but company is planning to strt salary package for these youngesters
