I think people have to promote Indian capitalisation.... MNCs are forced to be in India

Bro. not everyone is willing to go there. Some are forced to go there. For example, in Gujarati Patel community, the girl side demands the PR and well settled guy outside INDIA. (As a first choice) If you're not owning a mid-high range gaadi, bunglow & well money generating business. If you do Job, 10-12lk package is must. It's a majboori of many of the boy, man to leave India for this reason.

India is doomed for job market. Just keep India till gaining job experience, apply for job outside. You won't even get your hardwork's worth in India. This country is utterly useless when it comes to jobs. You get paid very less than you actually deserve

Many Indians go out of india for jobs and opportunities but they get here in india But at same time some Indians leave India for better life standards and living , there is difference in both cases and I support second one , we already have alot of opportunities here and leaving and working in us as floor sweepers isn't cool .. I support one who leave country for better living standard and roi on taxes which is no where even in discussion in this country, as young Indian we do need facilities and roi on our taxes which is often neglected and given as freebies for non tax payers

My instinct and all things currently says it's an Indian decade and also I feel very sad for them. Most of my frnds also going I just gave them a tip. But not forced them if I forced them maybe they will feel regret in future and I will become a blame. So I just told them to do as your instincts.

For start-up and business India is best no doubt but for temporary job ( 5years ) abroad is considerable if good value and resources are provided
