Build your audience first, fullfill them by focusing on their primary painpoints, then you'll get you audience's mates,which will grow more. Then try to make your courses with micro-videos or micro-reading contents. Then start charging low prices for each courses and target for mass members without losing the quality of your courses. Or else, better copy the physicswallah's journey.
