What is that one thing that made Spotify so big? I am not a regular user of the application but still figuring out what made this application a success 🤔 Should we have another application to compete with Spotify?

Collaboration with artist, Good UI for app , Freemium accessibility, and in the early stage they collected so much data for personalised recommendation. Well entry barrier is pretty huge now, wayy too much money to burn and it's hard to compete against such a big firm .
